Casino interior design for Canadian venues
Casino interiors planned for live venues
Kelmoradis is a Toronto-based casino interior studio serving licensed gaming venues across Canada. We plan guest-facing rooms, gaming floors, VIP salons and support areas with one coordinated scope, then stage the work around live operations so the venue stays orderly, compliant and ready for guests.
Interior solutions
Complete casino interior packages
Furniture, lighting, carpet, drapery, joinery, art and finishes are planned as one interior package, so every detail supports the floor layout, guest movement, staff workflow and the required inspection standards.
-
01
VIP casino furniture
Baccarat and poker tables, host desks and salon seating built for private rooms where each setting is measured to the player.
-
02
Gaming-floor furniture
Slot stools, table seating, dealer chairs and bases specified for continuous use and cleaned in place between shifts.
-
03
Lighting
Table downlights, cove runs, decorative pendants and control scenes set so screens stay readable and cameras stay clean.
-
04
Carpets
Woven axminster and tufted broadloom drawn to your floor plan, with pile and pattern chosen for wear lanes and acoustics.
-
05
Curtains and soft furnishing
Drapery, sheers, pelmets and acoustic wall upholstery, tracked and motorised where salons need to close quickly.
-
06
Decor and joinery
Screens, panelling, mirrored bulkheads, cashier joinery and signage details fabricated to the interior drawing set.
-
07
Art and installations
Commissioned sculpture, wall works and atrium pieces coordinated with structure, rigging and lighting from the outset.
-
08
Materials and finishes
Stone, veneer, metal, leather and textile selections tested for fire rating, cleaning regime and colour under floor lighting.
How we work on a live floor
Designed for guests, staff and compliance
Work in trading venues
Phased scopes, protected work zones, controlled deliveries and clear handback standards for venues that cannot afford confusion on the floor.
One drawing set, all divisions
Furniture, lighting, carpet, drapery, joinery and finishes coordinated in the same documentation.
Compliance built in
Canadian code requirements, accessible circulation, surveillance sightlines and fire-rated finishes considered while the design is still flexible.
Serviceable specifications
Replaceable seat pads, spare carpet stock and named finishes so repairs match the original in five years.
Method
From site measure to handover
Each stage produces something you can check: a survey, a drawing set, an approved mock-up, a completed shift, a maintenance record.
-
01
Site measure and condition survey
We measure the floor as built, record machine and table positions, and note what is failing: pile crush, seat foam, glare on screens, cleaning damage on joinery.
-
02
Interior drawing set
Layouts, carpet setting-out, reflected ceiling plans, joinery details and a finishes schedule. One drawing set covers every division so the trades read the same information.
-
03
Samples and mock-up
Physical samples are reviewed under your own floor lighting, and a single table or machine bank is mocked up so operations and surveillance can sign it off before volume orders.
-
04
Staged installation
Work is programd around trading hours, usually overnight, with a defined start and clean handover each shift so the area reopens for the next session.
-
05
Handover and maintenance
You receive finish schedules, cleaning instructions, spare stock and replacement part references, so a damaged seat or panel can be matched years later.

About Kelmoradis
A Canadian studio for casino interiors
We work with licensed casinos, racetrack gaming floors, private salons and hotel gaming rooms across Canada. Some operators ask for a complete interior package from survey to handover; others need specific furniture, carpet, lighting or finish scopes integrated into an existing capital project.
Because most of our work happens in venues that never fully close, the installation plan is shaped early: shift lengths, protected work zones, delivery access and the condition each area must be in when it reopens.
- Staged installation around trading hours
- Fire ratings, egress and surveillance sightlines checked as designs develop
- Named finishes and spare stock so repairs match years later
